Gatley Festival Carnival Parade and Fun Day - Sunday 3rd July 2011
Use this form to apply for a stall or site at the Festival.
- Please read the conditions and notes before completing the forms
Terms and Conditions
- Applicant to provide own stall and equipment (tables and gazebos / marquees are not provided).
- Siting to be determined by the Committee and will be allocated on the day on a first come, first serve basis.
- Applicant to be responsible for the erection and removal of the structure; for the general cleanliness of the area before vacating same and for losses, damage or injury arising or resulting from its use.
- The site will be open from 8.00am on Sunday 3rd July and set up must be completed before 12 noon. One Car may be parked behind stalls, otherwise cars must be removed from the festival field (including car parks) by 12 noon.
- Stalls to remain in place until at least 4pm.
- The stall holder is responsible for the safety and control of persons working on or visiting the stall
- Fees payable to Gatley Festival Committee no later than one week before the festival.The stall is only confirmed once payment has been received. Fees are not refundable in the event of bad weather or cancellation.
- Sale of food must be compliant with all food regulations and health and hygiene requirements.
- The sale of dangerous or Illegal items is strictly forbidden and any stalls selling such items will be removed without refund.
- PA / sound projection systems must not be used by stall holders unless prior written permission has been granted by the Festival Committee.
- Stall holders are responsible for tidying the area around their stall before they leave.
- All food stalls to be in place by 10am
The Gatley Festival is held on a grass field that can, if the weather is wet, become muddy. The festival will not usually be cancelled, even if the weather is poor, however the siting of stalls may have to be adjusted to the conditions. Stall holders need suitable transport if their equipment is heavy (eg 4x4).
